Too large and blur image

    Hi,
    I use Shop Isle theme and I have a problem with the images in the store section. The size of the product image is too big and with bad quality. In the gallery section and the selected individual product image.
    I try with the plugin Regenerate Thumbnails, but the problem is still there.
    I hope that you can give me some advise!
