• Heads up.. if you use elementor or wpdiscuz, you need to pay for pro… which is expensive for what it is. The free version is too limited.

    Hi @mtnxfreeride,

Unfortunately, I can’t give away all my life just for everyone to have a free plugin; I have a life, I need to finance the 2-3 hours I spend on that plugin everyday (and that’s not easy to do). Think about it; I need to add support for every single plugin out there, and it’s tough. I guess you are probably not a developer otherwise you would have realized it.

The free version offers a lot, but yes, if you use Elementor and WPDiscuz, it will not be enough. I think one star is a bit harsh, but that’s just my point of view.

It was more the lack of mentioning WPDiscuz in the plugin description when clearly ONCE INSTALLED the plugin then tells you specifically WPDiscuz is not compatible without paying. Basically wasting time. Its also the way the plugin cannot be tested and is 100% unfunctional in its free state for what is probably more than 60% of WP users hitting at least one pro only plugin.

I put many hours a week into a website that gets 5000-14000 unique visitors a day, ad free, no income at all.. I pay expenses for cloudflare, hosting, and the many wordpress plugins required. I dont expect you to work at a loss just because I do. This plugin seems too risky on whether itll be easy to use or break the site frequently to put so much money up on it without testing. Even its a one time use or one month trial or something would make it easier to swallow.

I am adding custom support for hundreds of plugin, so that would not be very welcome to have this list on the plugin’s description.

They can; my refund policy is to refund anybody who asks, no question asked. So yes, people can try it, even though they need to pay first (trials are too difficult to handle technically).

That’s what it takes to be an entrepreneur. I went through a period of two years when I worked really hard every day, without making money, wondering if I should have kept my former job, and from time to time, getting negative reviews because it “wasn’t working”. Nothing ever stopped me and I tried to keep a very positive attitude about it all, trying to understand my whole environment while staying on my initial focus point. Today, I have a business that works, a great community, and the potential to expand little by little while keeping doing things I like.

All the best to you ??
