Too Limited and Troublesome

  • The free version is extremely limited. For example, it only displays a like button on the first post on the home page. Traditionally to be included in the WP library a plugin had to be minimally useful in its free version. I do not think this plugin meets that requirement.

    Plugin is not self contained: setup requires creating an account on their website. The free version interacts with and stores my data on their website, not locally. I worry that problems on their website might cause problems on my website. Not a good desugn.

    Removal was troublesome: caused my website to white screen with “internal server error.” To fix this I had to manually delete the plugin from the plugins folder. I hope nothing else got screwed up.
