Too Long To Sign In Dashboard

I dont know what the heck happening while i try to sign in my blog. It was okay a month ago. The site is loading normally but the damn dashboard takes too long to. I’ve installed the db manager plugin to optimize databases etc but it didnt work. Can anyone suggest something to me?
