Too many better free options and unprofessional developer

    I tried this plugin for a couple of days and browsed the support successfully to solve a few issues. Later I found some better options that offer more customization for free. I checked the reviews to see if I was missing something and found the developer to be very unprofessional when responding to comments. I do not wish to support this developer for these reasons. The plugin gets a 1 star review while the developer gets 0 stars.

    I can respect your point of view looking through some of the 1 star reviews here. Some of our responses have been a little less than professional. Being that the 2 of us are so passionate about our plugin and want to help everyone, at times we lose site of the fact that we cannot please everyone. I know you won’t find any sarcastic comments throughout our support forum here or on our website. All we strive to do is go above and beyond to help when someone poses a question or has a problem. I can’t count the thousands of hours we’ve spent helping people with the free version of our plugin and as you can see our 5 star reviews outweigh the 1 stars. With over 40k active installs I’m sure many more people would leave a review too if they were so compelled. With that said our most humble apologies for some of the unprofessional responses and we sincerely wish you well.

    I am “flabbergasted” the only word I can think of here. I can not come up with any Idea why this one star rating would be given. Maybe something personal against the creators. These two brothers have been more than helpful and professional in my opinion. I am very pleased with the seamless integration and the consistent upkeep of this plugin.
