A buggy plugin with absolutely no support for pro version

After weeks chasing you for support and despite your totally lack of professionalism and compentence, in fact you were not able to fix a simple bug, despite your update system failed and I am still using same version I bought 10 months ago, despite you enjoy teasing people you don’t like even if you liked their money, despite you lie in public saying you sent me the update while in fact you sent me a refund (through PayPal at one email I have not used to pay you and that I have no PayPal account associated), despite all this, your plugin is also expensive for what it does.

There are cheaper better options out there: people be warned before wasting money.

And there are support services where people jsut answer, they do not hide because they think they have better things to do.

Plus, I was newer able to translate any menu (wpml support, unlike you, spent hours trying to figure it out but had to give up as code is too messy for translation), which make it pretty useless on a multilanguage website.
