Too many coupons?

    I am trying to set up my first funnel and my checkout should have a coupon auto-applied. I created the coupon only to find that it was not on the list of coupons… We happen to have thousands of coupons and it seemed like the coupons were in alphabetical order and only showed the first 30 or so coupons. So I proceeded to change the coupon code to something like 001 so it would be the first coupon on the list, however it does not show. How can I access the other coupons not displayed in the dropdown menu?

    Hi @danrez , thanks for bringing this to our attention.

    After checking, we found the issue with coupon retrieval when it comes to a lot of coupons.

    But rest assured, we are planning a better way to retrieve coupons when you have many. And we’ll release the improvement soon.

    Hi Rifat,

    Sorry about that. I gave a wild guestimate and was way off. It actually shows about 100 (I counted 101 but may have counted wrong) but I have thousands of coupons. And it doesn’t show the one I need. Not even if I make it the first alphabetically. I know you are planning a better way to retrieve coupons but would you have any workaround to be able to select a specific coupon in the meanwhile?

    Hi @danrez , Thank you for informing us more details regarding the coupon issue.

    We’re working on fixing it as we speak now. And the fix will be released with our plugin update in a week.

    We kindly request you to wait for a few days for a permanent solution instead of a temporary workaround. I hope you understand.

    Hi @danrez , I’m glad to inform you that we’ve released the fix for coupon issue with the latest version of WPFunnels.

    Could you please update your plugin and check if all your coupons are visible now?
