Too many friends

  • We are ready to launch our site, and I have just checked the friendship numbers. Somehow there are people with more friends than there are users. Most just one or two but a few users have nearly 100 more than its possible to have.

    When I look at the user profile it says 200 friends but underneath it says ‘Viewing 1 – 20 of 125 active members’

    Is there a way to flush this out and get the correct amount?

    Hi Mcarlyle,

    It’s been a while since I’ve looked at this problem, but I think there is already a function to do this inside the plugin that you could use. It gets triggered when you delete a friend. Perhaps try deleting a global friend and re-adding them. That should update the counts. Let me know how it works out.
