Too many GB in wpallimport/uploads

I have been checking my folders because the installation was taking more and more space every day and I found the wpallimport/uploads folder occupying more than 10Gb.
My question is if the content of this folder can be deleted periodically?
Or if the file can be overwritten, since it always calls the same source, the only thing that changes in each import are the filters.
