• Let me start by saying that I know this free support area is just for the free version of the plugin, but since I had no chance to be heard when I asked for support for my Pro version, I decided to post this review here.

    So, I have the Pro version, i.e. I paid for the product and I expected to get some support in return. Couple of times I had problems (and hence questions to support), but I never got an answer, even when I contacted (or should I say TRIED to contact) them multiple times via provided contact channels. Last time, after I was unable to access the Widgets section of my site because of some conflict with WP Edit Pro, asked for support (emailing them the error log) and got no answer whatsoever, I simply deleted the plugin.

    TinyMCE Advanced does most of the things WP Edit Pro do, and does them hassle-free.

    I use 5 licences of the Pro version for many years before that I used Ultimate.
    I always received excellent support the last support was a year ago.
    But recently I have the same problem no reaction at all .
    Also the download link function says the link is forwarded but nothing happened.
    I checked spam.
    My question is also does anyone knows if Josh Lobe is still available .
    6 month ago he wrote that there was a family health problem.
