• 1. I received several orders that were not able to receive the payment.
    2. The Pending payment becomes a headache. I have never had so many problems with a payment system before. You never knew if the payment was successful or not.
    3. The orders that we were able to receive the payment, were not able to define the number of items per line in the order in Paypal and also (No Order details). This means that the order was paid but there was no information about the products that had been ordered on Paypal.
    4. Paypal’s new fees are, well, too much. This will create a precedent for all payments gateway, so, wait for it.

    Thanks a lot for the feedback.
    Our last few updates have resolved some issues that could result in orders with an incorrect status or failed payments. The general stability and compatibility with third-party plugins have greatly increased thanks to the feedback we have received.

    Missing order details at PayPal usually are caused by subtotal mismatches due to extra fees for example, but we’d need to check the logs to be sure.

    The PayPal fees are the same for all integrations, but PayPal Payments also provides advanced credit and debit card functionality which (as far as I am aware) has lower fees than regular payments through PayPal.
