When I install woocomerce admin on my site, I can’t enter on wp-admin. After authentication, I see the message “too many redirects”… So… I have to enter on FTP and delete the plugin.

I’m runing a server with PHP 7.3 with all requirements to run woocommerce.

I apologize for the delay in responding. We are just getting back to our regular work after a company meetup.

Can you provide a list of plugins that you have active in your site?

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.

    same problem
    php 7.2
when logged in and trying to get mydomain.com/wp-admin/ I’m getting ‘too many redirects’ (and I can see in Apache log a lot of 302 redirects to wp-admin/)
there is no problem if I’m trying to visit mydomain.com/wp-admin/index.php (or any other .php)
problem vanishes if admin user switches to en_US language

I investigated it a bit more and problem appears only when some other WooCommerce plugins are also active (for example WooCommerce Booking by Automattic)

it appears with some of my custom plugins when when in ‘admin_menu’ hook I’m calling add_menu_page function more than once.

for now only solution is either deactivating WooCommerce Admin or changing user language to en_US

@stan97, since you have WooCommerce Bookings you have access to our premium support.

Please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

We will be able to help you further there.
