Too many redirects error

Please help with this handler.. I tried removing the acceptance checkbox, I tried many other things, cannot find the problem..

There was an error when trying to integrate with the 3rd party service {Pardot Integration Casi Clinici Page} (https://go.pardot.com/l/878462/2021-05-06/48wz8).
