Too Many Redirects Error for Subscriber Role – Works Fine for Admin Role

  • I am facing a critical issue with the Ultimate Member plugin on my WordPress website. When users with the Subscriber role try to log in, they encounter the following errors:

    • Too Many Redirects
    • Bad Gateway
    • Gateway Timeout
    • 404 Errors

    However, when logging in with the Administrator role, everything works perfectly without any errors.

    Hosting Details:

    • Hosting Provider: Hostinger
    • PHP Version: 8.0
    • WordPress Version: Latest

    Observations:

    • The issue happens only with subscriber role users.
    • Administrator role users can log in without any problems.
    • Hosting support confirmed no server-side issues; they identified the Ultimate Member plugin as the cause.When this particular plugin is disabled, it will work properly, but when it is enabled, it causes the same issue.

    I rely on Ultimate Member for role-based access and user management. This issue is significantly impacting the functionality of my website.
