"too many redirects" error on edited blog posts

This old “too many redirect” problem seems to have returned, though it’s not on all posts.
It seems to be happening on posts after editing them, even when I don’t edit the permalink at all.
The looping issue goes away if I turn off “WP SEO Redirect 301”
Here’s a page that’s looping:
https://www.digitalfusion.net/df-studio-updates-march-13-2012-2/The odd thing is that there are no recorded redirects for that page at all.
If I then edit the permalink, the looping seems to stop going directly to the new permalink, but the old permalink, now recorded as a redirect, still loops.

Any idea why this is happening?
