The 403 page you see when you visit https://tradingtrikon.com/?rest_route= is the exact response Jetpack is currently getting when attempting to make requests to your site’s REST API.

The expected response can be seen when you instead use “pretty” permalinks, as in https://tradingtrikon.com/wp-json.

Jetpack’s IPs are as listed on this page: https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/.

Have you been able to get the IP address ranges allowlisted as suggested by Daniel?

I’d recommend working with your hosting provider for assistance with allowing our IPs. We are seeing the same error when we test internally as what we get when we visit the page directly:

If our IPs were properly allowed, we would expect that we could access the file from our servers while it would be denied when I access it from an external IP.

@lastsplash I see requests from this IP 70.32.23.79 of Jetpack. Now i have added, please check now if you are still getting error and change the settings, please.

The IP you shared isn’t on that list and is from a different source:

You might want to check with your host for assistance in getting the Jetpack Connection working as it is still broken.

@lastsplash Yes, i have already added those IPs + additionally added this one too. And not sure why but instead of other IPs only this IP is sending so many requests for Jetpack ????

We still see the block that’s preventing Jetpack from connecting, unfortunately.

Can you reach out to your host to see if they can fix this issue with the IPs?

To stay on the safe side, let them check for any security/caching plugins you may have enabled, and try temporarily disabling them to see if it fixes the problem. They may also want to search for any firewall on your server side that might be blocking the communication with the xmlrpc.php file and Jetpack.

Let us know what you find out.
