This error is returned by the Twitter API when we exceed the app limit.
There are new twitter policy changes,So the smapsolutions app is temporarily disabled for new users to stay within this limit, but sometimes it still exceeds the limit.
We are currently on a paid tier, but in order to accommodate every user request, we would need to upgrade to a $40,000 per month package, which is not affordable for our company.
Therefore, we kindly request that you create a developer app in your Twitter account and use it in the plugin settings.
