too much blank space

I have looked and researched for several days but can not find the solution. I have a couple pages where the page content starts very low below the header/menu. I am using Kadence theme. I can not find anywhere how to delete this space and move my content to the top of the page. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you very much. Tom
