Too much hands-on for a hands-off plugin

  • I have mixed feelings about WP Encryption. I have the Pro version, but almost every 3 months, when the certificates are due to expire, there is an error or other issue that I have to deal with. Their solutions are always very professional, but really? Do I have to? This was supposed to be a time-saver, and I can’t vouch for that fact. Sorry guys! I really like your overall plugin, but again, it’s just not saving me time.

We always strive hard to improve the plugin in every possible way but ultimately there are certain factors that could affect the SSL renewal process. Ex: super restricted hosting platforms or a required functionality being disabled by the hosts in order to promote their SSL certificate sales.
