Too much padding

Hi,
When creating a post in the standard post editor the padding is too much in my view. I can only increase per block the paddding there. I looked in Appearance > Customize, but there are no padding settings there. I use Astra theme. How can I decrease the padding of a whole blog post page?

In my Gutenberg post editor window, all other blocks except the title block are taking up full width from side to side after wp 6.3 update. I am not able to even see bullets or numbers because the text goes right upto the margins. SS attached.
Yes, it’s the same in my Gutenberg editor. I have a problem though with the padding that’s too big in the rest of the post page. It’s way too big. For example see:

I can’t find anywhere how to override this. I also tried a couple of CSS code snippets to no avail.
