Too much space between user fields, PLEASE HELP!!!!!

    there u can see in the sidebar that there is a lot of space between the listed users, and this spacing seems to follow when u search for the users, in the directory.

    How can i change the spacing, im using zerif lite – theme,buddypress- plugin everything is updated.
