    I guess I don’t know enough to know what that means or what to do about it. Is it an issue I should take up with the creator of the theme? Or is it something I could easily fix?

    If you haven’t added any Google Ads to your site, then I’d suggest you switch themes as that page appears to be trying to display someone’s Google ads.
