too much spend time

The plugin and themes are very attractive but the technical teams do not know how to say why it does not work when we have a problem. There is no place on the publisher’s website to say what are the parameters, modules, and other minimum requirements to respect. Moreover, even if the minimum requirements are respected, it may not work without them being able to explain why. So we spend time searching and are forced to have email exchanges so that in the end we give them access and they do everything manually. It is very time-consuming and disappointing.
