Too much time in submitting request

  • Hi,

    I have created a form using FS contact form, but while filling out form and submitting it, it will take 4-5 minutes to redirect to thank you page. I have changed some setting and set redirection time to 0, Still no results.

    please provide me solution as soon as possible and also tell me email settings to send emails on the registered email id.

  • Hi, can you carry out the following test. Disable all your other plugins and test the form again.

    If the above does not help, are all your plugins and theme up to date? How much memory do you have allocated to your website?
