Too much to left…CSS issue?

Hi All,

I inherited a site that has some simple formatting issues. WordPress is a bit new to me. I am having trouble figuring out why some of the template is pushing text and links to the border on the left side of the central panel.

This link will show you what I mean. At the top its okay, below it has things pressed to far to the left.

This has to be not that hard to figure out for most people, any advice would be appreciated thanks. M

Ps/ oh and on the right column that also is having some tapering going on. It drifts to the right rather than come directly down.
