    Hello team,
I used this plugin very good one but for some reason, my hosting provider disabled my hosting plan due to high resource consumption.

Please I need to understand what was the issue.
They asked to deactivate this plugin in order to resume my website.

    Thanks!

    Hi @megaelements

The possible reason could be the number of items you have in your store, and the feed size is too large for your server to handle.

However, your website’s system status will help us understand the issue more precisely. So, you are requested to provide us with the system status.

Please, go to CTX Feed > System Status > Copy Status and paste it here.

    Thank you,

    Hi @megaelements

The system status seems perfect for generating a feed, as you currently have less than 200 items in your store. So, you can go ahead with our plugin.

Before generating the feed, change the product per batch to 50 from here and change the variation query type to “Variable Dependable” which you can find here.
Also, change the auto interval time to 12hrs from Ctx Feed > Manage Feed > Interval – Screenshot.

    Thank you,
