Too much white space between logo and menu bar

There’s a lot of white space because it’s in the image. That is, if you look at the image by itself, you’ll see a lot of white space at the top and bottom (as well as the sides). Use an image editor to trim all of the white space off (top, bottom, and sides) and re-upload the image. Then you can always add spacing using CSS.
