Too slow ((((

  • Perfect functionality, but very very very slow (((( Often (like today) i can’t open page with certain experiment ((( Only “Please wait a moment’ and “Keep waiting” for the 10 minutes and more (((
    Not only today, at last week and all time i have the same ((( I like their functionality but i must to find something another due to this trouble ((

    Hi Exhumer!

    Thank you very much for the feedback. We’ve also identified some speed issues with the backend, which make the user experience far from perfect.

    We’re currently working on an upgrade in our cloud servers that should improve the overall speed a little bit. This fix will be silently released to all our users (because it’s in the cloud). Also, we’re working on an improved cache of experiments in the plugin, that will reduce the amount of queries we perform to our cloud servers.

    Hopefully, this will offer a better user experience to everybody.
