Too slow and not responsive

Hello,

I’ve been using Sydney and the template is wonderful. Nonetheless I have a couple of problems.

First the loading time is too slow I tried optimizing all images and reducing the plugins to the minimum and yet it is considerably slow is there anything I could do to make it faster?

Second it seems like it’s not responsive on the phone. I’ve been navigating the forum to find answers to each problem I encounter but I’m a little lost on this one.
