Took money multiple times a year

Template Invaders took payment twice when it was not my renewal date. They admitted it was an error and it says on my TI account that they have refunded the money but we never received it in our account. They don’t respond to emails and then took further payment 6 months later. There is no way to remove your bank details from your account or cancel the payments from your account on their website.
