• This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
    Working as head of sales for a tech company myself, this customer journey is shocking!

    Money has left my account for the subscription – over 10 days ago!

    I have had to contact them 5 times via email to get updates.

    Responses have been ‘We have passed this on to our accounts apartment, we are really busy’

    This is poor service at best!

  • That’s nothing, I’ve been trying to get billing issue sorted for more than a month and still no answer. I’ve explained the issue to them multiple times, and everytime they ask the same stupid questions and then stop responding for a week or so and then ask the same questions.

    As someone who has worked in sales and customer service, I completely agree, the service is horrible, especially when you take into consideration that you are a paying customer
