TOOK MY MONEY AND HASNT GIVEN ME MY SUBSCRIPTION

This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Working as head of sales for a tech company myself, this customer journey is shocking!Money has left my account for the subscription – over 10 days ago!
I have had to contact them 5 times via email to get updates.
Responses have been ‘We have passed this on to our accounts apartment, we are really busy’
This is poor service at best!
