Toolbar is missing

    Good day!

    The toolbar is missing for the custom admin users. It seems to be a new feature for the latest update. However, is there an option to enable or disable the toolbar for each user or as a whole? I wanted to have the toolbar enabled for my custom admin users since it is easy for them to do things on the site.

    Please advise, thank you!
