Toolbar missing

Hello,

I have used Gutenberg on a few blog posts now and never had this issue before.

The issue – The toolbar disappears randomly, I’m working with paragraph and heading blocks and when I move from block to block the toolbar that allows me to bold, link, etc, disappears. At this point, it will not let me type or use shortcodes either. I have to save the document and reload it and the toolbar appears again, or if I switch from the visual editor to code and back it comes back. I need the toolbar features so frequently that it is taking me an enormous amount of time to finish the blog post. I have tried with the toolbar pinned at the top and the problem still occurs.

I am working on Chrome, I paste my content from Grammarly (online writing tool) into Gutenberg editor.

Please let me know what I can do to resolve this.
