• 4.1 the toolbar doesn’t appear at all. I’ve tried the header code and the plugin but nothing.

I use Genesis and i also have BWP Minify and SG SuperCacher Plugins. When i disabled those two plugins and with the code installed on the header it loaded but only for the first pageview. :/

Also the plugin doesn’t appear anywhere in my backend.

I can only see that it is installed via the plugin search function when i search for social toolbar and i hit the details of the plugin it says installed.

It doesn’t appear in the plugin editor either. I can only access it through my server files.

I have removed the folder of social-toolbar and re-installed the plugin from the wordpress dashboard, now it works.

The first installation was done via the social-tools dashboard with custom upload of the plugin it gave me.

As I’ve written in their support pages, the issue is still unresolved after a lot of work into the process like:

    1. Giving my Password Via email to the Developers to check up the issue
    2. Tweaking my Caching plugins
    3. Disabling ALL of my plugins. It didn’t work either
    4. Other things i don’t remember

Neither of those attempts worked therefore i believe Genesis doesn’t work with this plugin. Maybe It does, but not for me. I haven’t tried a different theme since there is no case i am changing my theme for just a plugin. Anyway, I wish the developers the best of luck.
