Toolbar shows up black

  • My toolbar at the top of the screen no longer shows the normal WordPress options. It’s black like the options of “post new, etc” “widgets” etc. would appear, but only the bar without wording does.

    I cleared my cookies and logged in and out, but it still doesn’t show up.
