    Just a quick question: I noticed that even when you deactivate the toolkit plugin, the specific settings stay put – even the ones that are only available in the toolkit plugin(for example the typography or fullwidth slider). So I can just use the toolkit during set up and once finished I could deactivate an even delete the plugin?

    The settings should be saved in your database, but I don’t see any reason to remove the plugin. It’s not taking up any resources and it may cause problems with some features if you delete it. I would just leave it and consider it a part of the theme.

    Okay, I just thought it might reduce server loading.

    Not enough to really make a difference. Things like caching and image compression are far more important.
