• Hello, if I activate the Toolkit with WooCommerce+Polylang using ugly links the sites works well.

If I activate Pretty Permalinks the store breaks giving 404 error for product and category pages. The rest of the site is working well.

    List of currently activated plugins:

    • Contact Form 7
    • Page Builder by SiteOrigin
    • Polylang
    • SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle
    • Virtue / Pinnacle ToolKit
    • WooCommerce
    • WooCommerce Colors

Deactivating Toolkit plugin is not enough to make the site work again, I have to disable all plugins and reactivate all BUT Toolkit to regain normal behavior and access product and category pages with pretty permalinks.

I’m willing to make some test to find a solution if is needed.

    Regards.

I thinks has something to do with portfolio , maybe you could add an option to disable portfolio custom type post or select URL base on the Permalink settings page

I think this is actually an issue with Page Builder by SiteOrigin and Polylang. Based on pagebuilder 2.1
Specifically when they added the emulation:
“Added sidebar emulation, which makes a Page Builder page appear to be a sidebar. Improves compatibility with other widgets.”

That has an impact on pagebuilder and polylang because of how polylang calls in a custom post type and how pagebuilder works.

    For example try pagebuilder 2.0.5

    Hi tasken

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Could you perhaps let us know which theme you’re using so we can try replicate the problem. We’re able to activate your list of plugins and use Pretty Permalinks without running into a 404 error.

    Thanks, your friends at SiteOrigin.

    Hey @misplon

It’s only an issue with polylang and a custom post type while also using page-builder. So you can test using defualt theme and jetpack if you want just enabled there custom post type and try to use polylang to translate while also having page-builder active.

Super, thanks for the update team, I’ll log a bug report from here.
