Tools menu disappeared

  • The tools menu with the source code editor is gone. Not sure if it’s a plugin conflict or due to a recent update. Has anybody else experienced this? As a workaround I tried to add the source code icon to my bar, but even though it saves in my preferences it doesn’t show up when making edits.

    I have the same problem: “tools menu with the source code editor is gone”. And foe edit old posts I hide text in posts (like as white color).
    And I dont publish new post – HTTP ERROR 500
    PLease, where is problem?

    Hello I think I have had the same issue

    Since the installation of the plugin post and page editor have been set on text view in admin panel with no way to get to the html view and no buttons displayed at all.

    To check if it was coming from a conflict with another plugin, I desactivated all others one by one… Checking the results each time… until I also desactivated Tiny MCEA… checking if it wasnt wp ^^…

    I reactivated them all one by one, starting with Tiny MCEA and following with the most important among the other ones… The buttons appeared as defined in Tiny MCEA Settings and remained.

    Unfortunately, I have another problem now… let’s see if I can find sth in the support forum ??
