Tooltip displaying incorrect line graph values

The tooltip is displaying totally incorrect values for the orange section of my chart: https://dev.bestplacestowork.org/visualizer/
password: visualizerThose are not the values the graph reflects, or that my data in my Excel file shows. How can I correct this?
