Tooltip doesn't seem to work in Chrome anymore

Hi guys,
I wonder that i do’nt see other people with the same problem.
I don’t know when it happened but the tooltip doesn’t show in chrome anymore (latest version chrome : Versie 40.0.2214.111 m)
It does however show up in Firefox which means it works. (worked in chrome before too)
