Tooltip feature not working

  • The tooltip location position doesn’t seem to be working (i.e. Top, Bottom, Left, or Right) I used the margin settings, but it doesn’t work correctly for all tooltip locations… Thanks for your help…

  • Hi, I had the same problem and the tooltip support person told me that the tooltip is probably hidden behind the form. you have to change the z-index to a much smaller number like 500 or 1000. I was using gravity forms in a popup w/ a tooltip so I made the form z-index smaller and it worked.
