    Hi ssailer,

    Can you give little bit more description about issue and site name so that I can visit it find out what is actually happening.

    NOTE: It will only work on Shop page of WooCommerce.

    Oh, that’s why. I have created custom pages which include WooCommerce shortcode, and the tooltip is not showing up on those pages. I did not realize it worked on the Shop page only.
