Tooltip & Link does not work

    I’m having several issues that I am finally trying to debug:
    1) If I select Link, then the word being defined has a link to the glossary. But, using Tooltip & Link, the word being defined does not have a link.
    2) When my set number of words is exceeded in the tooltip, then sometimes the “Read More” text shows up and sometimes not.

    Other unrelated issues:
    1) On any WP category page, when there is more to read on a post or page, you can click the “Read More” link and it takes you to the post/page. That is not the case with Glossary. Visitor naturally want to move the cursor from the word it is presently on, to the Read More. Would be nice if the ToolTip remained active and the visitor could click read more as well as click the word they are on to get the full glossary entry.
    2) Glossary strips out bulleted list and numbered list formatting. Would be nice if it was left in there so that look and feel can be maintained.

    Having said all that, I love your plugin as it is a integral and important aspect of my educational site.

  • Hi ouzillou, you are a premium user so I suggest to you to open tickets in our private system (support.codeat.co/) so we can address the premium issues.

    1) I need a page with the problem to investigate.
    2) This depends of text, if we I have an example (also about the text word number).

    About the unrelated issues:

    1) I need an example page of the problem, to investigate the issue.
    2) We strip all of that to avoid issues with the excerpt generation because can broke html very easily.
