    Hi there,
I’m thinking your plugin may do what my client wants, but I’m obviously missing something – here’s what I want to do.
Have a list of (for arguments sake) glossary terms which the client can add to/edit as they see fit.
They want the tooltip to appear on a stock standard WordPress page – so how do I do this?
To make matters slightly trickier, the tooltip is to appear within a table (TablePress) – so it’s a shortcode on the actual page itself, so the code for the tooltip would need to be placed in the TablePress cell.
    Does this sound all doable?
Basically I’m trying to provide the client with a tooltip (on hover) which they can add/edit the contents of – which gets displayed on a particular page, within a table on that page – using particular text.
    Thanks in advance,
    Jas

Basically tooltip is created automatically and mot manually whenever a term which is defined appears in the post unless it is marked not to show as tooltip
What you are trying to do is not the native use of this plug but can be achieved if you define the terms in the glossary section and than have this term appear in the table. You many need to invoke tooltip manually in the code after you parse the shortcode since the tooltip may parse the page before the shortcode is executed
