ToolTip Only option?

    Is there a way to rely just on tooltips for this? (eg, no link to bottom). Sometimes the UX can be a bit confusing for mobile users who accidentally click twice so I’d rather just keep them with the ui/tooltip only.

    (I’d want to keep the footnotes at the bottom, I just don’t need the link to send them to the anchor)

    I was going to modify the plugin but thought this might be an easily implemented feature for the master plugin.

  • Feel free to open a pr in github, and we can continue discussing it there, as currently i can not think of a solution which does not include additional JS, so it will be interesting to see what you have in mind.
