Tooltip remains static in popup

Firstly many thanks for a great plugin, it’s just what I’ve been looking for.

I am having a little trouble when using it inside a popup window. Outside of the window everything is fine.

When inside the popup I find that the tooltips remain static in position and don’t scroll with the window.

Below is a test page so you can see normal behavior in full-screen mode and the also a link to a pop-up of the same page which shows the error. Click on one of the 2 ‘green’ rooms. I’m sure it’s just a CSS thing but I can’t figure it out.

Also is there a setting for the display time of the tooltip once the mouse has moved away?

I also noticed a PHP warning message saying “Function create_function()” is deprecated
