Tooltip shows wrong content on mobile

I added different tooltips on certain pages. Linking to email, phone, LinkedIn a.s.
I’m showing both office phone as mobile number on two different tooltips. On desktop this works fine, when I hover over the first phone icon I see the office phone tooltip. When I hover over the second phone icon I see the mobile phone. However, on mobile I only get to see the office phone when I hover over both icons. I seems to not want to show the content of the second phone icon. How can I solve this?
