Tooltip Text Not Displaying

I am trying to use this plugin for my friend’s conference site. I want the tooltips to display as additional information for the classes each presenter is teaching.
I got it to work for one class (“Going Partial”) but additional classes (“First Flight” and “Arms Free” only show the tooltip bubble without any text.

I am using them within Page Builder widgets and maybe this is interfering with the functionality for some reason. I have tried adding them multiple various ways (even copying the widget containing the one that worked and editing the text directly there) but nothing seems to make a difference.
