Tooltips don't work with Oxygen theme

  • I was using Ideation and Intent theme and switched to Oxygen theme. The tooltip feature worked perfectly fine before, but now I get nothing on hover.

    The only things that have changed:
    1) I updated to wordpress version 4.0
    2) I changed from Ideation and Intent theme to Oxygen theme

    Neither image tooltips nor text tooltips work now. Any ideas?

    This page had a text tooltip (should just say “silver” on hover over the coin)

    This page should have had image tooltips (IE, I cropped in-game tooltip images that would show when you hovered on any of the icons under Acquisition)

    ^Couple sample pages that are giving me trouble now
