Tooltips not showing

The theme is great, I love it, but I’m having problems with tooltips from other plugins. I tried multiple plugins with jQuery tooltips, like WP Glossary Hover, Indexy, Academic Blogger’s Toolkit (which doesn’t even use jQuery), and they all can’t show tooltips with Customizr.
I also read this post, modified it for these plugins, but still nothing.
This limits me a lot with such plugins. Any help please?
